Course Trainers

Adrian Koh is the Key Executive Officer (KEO) of Corporate Visions. He is focused in Agency & Project Marketing of business space. Adrian is a Certified Investment Property Specialist and is CEHA- certified; He holds an Advanced Diploma in Chemical Process from Singapore Polytechnic. Prior to Corporate Visions, he had served as a Regional Marketing Manager in Goldschmidt South East Asia (a div. of Degussa GmbH), Kerry Group Ltd (China) & Sumitomo Seika Asia. Leow Kok Wee is the Director for Investment Sales, Sales & Lease Back and Built-to-Suit projects. He graduated from National University of Singapore; BSc (Estate Management) (Hons). Prior to joining Corporate Visions, he has worked in various developers (Wing Tai & Capitaland), Real Estate Investment Trust Manager (former MI Reits & Cambridge Industrial Trust) with experience in both listed and private equity fund (Ascendas Land). With more than 15 years in the real estate industry, he has transacted more than $250mn worth of deals in investment sale and corporate leases Aloyscious Lee is the Director for Property & Facility Management. He is a Civil & Structural (C&S) engineer, accredited Resident Engineer (RE), accredited Resident Technical Officer (RTO) as well as registered fire safety manager (FSM). He has an established track records in the construction industry - handling multi-million dollars projects (eg. industrial buildings, school, mosque, research institute, military building, HDB Flats & newspaper printing plant) and property/ facilities management industry - managing residential, industrial and commercial properties (i.e. amounting to more than 250,000 sqft of tenantable spaces).
