Brand new, 4 ton, Carrier air conditioner designed for use in this commercial application.

The crane is placing the heavy, unwieldy 4 ton air conditioner in place on the roof.

With the new air conditioner in place we hook the old a/c up to the crane to safely remove the heavy piece of equipment back to ground level for environmentally safe disposal.

Air handler is installed and ready to be secured/sealed to the duct system.

Once the air handler is installed we seal it FIRST with a tough, durable, a/c foil tape to seal any gaps between the air handler and the duct works it pushes air into. Second step is to seal the tape/gaps with mastic to ensure that, over the course of time, nothing can puncture or tear the tape and allow cool air to escape into an unwanted area.
