Comenius School Development Project MobilID
European and International intercultural and mobile learning
HVALATHANK YOU
SLOVENIA
ANITA and LIDIJA
+ FRAN ALBREHT SCHOOL
for your warm welcome, for the organisation of this conference
Aim of the project MobilID:
We address the important theme of intercultural learning of European children and their teachers: working and living together in 1 Europe: RESPECT, OPEN ATTITUDE.
We integrate European projects on environment, economy, citizenship education, and the teaching of handicapped children into our national curricula and annual lessons.
We combine traditional classroom learning
and mobile learning, using ict / mobile phones.
But how exactly do we do that?
• How do we integrate these new ict methods and collaborative projects into our daily lessons / curricula?
• How can we share contents, methods and tools and learn from each other and cross our own borders?
1. European Days in School Calendar
• Integrate European celebrations in all school calendars, which differ in time / space / possibilities
• Informing our management on these examples of European Days, results in new decisions for your management:
• 21st September International Day of Peace / Tree Planting Day / ENO Project • 26th Sept European Day of Languages • March-April School Fundraising Fair / School Market: BEST Project • 9th May Springday or Europe Day. Register here: http://springday2008.net
2. PUPILS SHARE + LEARN
• By allowing the pupils to communicate with other pupils in Europe through use of software / ict
• To share and to show others online what activities they do in their own school.
• For this teachers need to learn how to find, create, collect, and share online, communicative tasks and exchange good practices and
tools.
3. TEACHERS SHARE + LEARN

• How will we assess and monitor the competences of our pupils?
C. NEW TOOLS
