Come Exercise under the sea, come on an
adventure with me

Your Heart is a muscle and it needs to get
stronger. With physical activity it gets stronger and helps you stay healthy.
You use your muscles to do
powerful things. You want to make
your muscles stronger. So, the
more powerful things you do the more muscles you get.
Look at
my big
muscles!!
Which means you can
bend and stretch your
body without to much
pain.
Exercise will keep you in
shape, so that
you can enjoy all
your activities.
It also is fun and makes us happy!
- You should bring enough for 3-5 servings per day with you.- You can bring leafy
vegetables, raw vegetables, or vegetable juice.
-You should bring enough for 2-4 servings everyday.
- You can bring bananas. Oranges, strawberries, and even fruit juices.
-You should bring
enough for 2-3 servings each day.
- You can bring yogurt,
cheese, skim milk, and
even healthy ice cream.
-You should bring enough for 2-3
servings per day.- You can bring
chicken, eggs, and
peanut butter.
- You should bring only a few of these. These are treats for you during our trip.

Two Major Types
On our trip Protein will build up, maintain, and replace the tissues in our bodies. Protein will allow us to be able breath, to be able to run, and keep us from being sick on our trip.
If you come on our adventure alone you can still do many physical activities from:
-skate boarding
-Jump roping
-Riding your bike
-Running
When there are a group of friends coming we can do a lot of activities:
-Have Contests
-Play Games: basketball, baseball, and soccer
- Play Tag
-Play hide-and-seek
Sports help keep our bodies healthy but on this trip there are many non sports activities that we are going to do as well.
- walking the octopus
- cleaning your hotel room
- building sandcastles
- watering the sea weed.
If you don’t come on our adventure you might
become obese. Which means you have excess
body fat. It can affect the way you walk, run, look, and even feel. So, you
mine as well join us in our adventure.
Aerobic Activities:
Swimming, jogging,
skating, and biking
Muscular Activities: push-ups, pull-ups, tug of war
Flexibility Activities: tumbling, dancing, and
yoga
