We’ve got an exciting programme jam-packed with trips, activities, arts and crafts, and fun for kids aged from 4 to 10 years;whether you join us for just the day or stay for the whole week.

We provide childcare in a warm, secure, friendly environment with lots of activities every day to make their holiday great!

If you would like your child to come along and join in the fun at Little Green Man Kids’ Club, please find included in this pack:

These forms (pages 4, 5, 6, 7) need to be filled out and signed. Please return these along with the required payment to secure aplace.

THERE ARE ONLY 12 PLACES - SO IT’S FIRST COME FIRST SERVE

If your child attends our term time Breakfast or Teatime Club, you still need to register for Holiday Schemes, as these are runseparately and places can only be reserved with a 50% deposit. Full payment must be received 2 weeks before the first date ofattendance.

We are unable to take children who are not booked in advance, and ask for your co-operation, so please get your application forms in as quickly as possible. We also only accommodate for fulldays and are unable to offer half day rates.

Please note that we are unable to take responsibility for any items of personal belongings, such as expensive items of clothing, toys, games, etc., and would ask you to ensure that your childleaves such items at home.

1. Holiday Schemes will operate Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Opening hours will be 8.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. (by arrangement 7.00 a.m. to 7.00pm)

2. Full payment must be pre-paid for each holiday scheme when making your application with the exception of the Summer Holiday when a deposit may be paidon application with the balance paid before the scheme begins as indicated. We cannot negotiate reductions for absenteeism for any reason.

3. Payment will be accepted cash, credit/debit card (a surcharge is applicable) or BACS (see application form for payment details.

4. In the unlikely event that your child is collected after the closing time of 7.00pm, a late charge of £10.00 will be made for the first 15 minutes, and £1.00 perminute thereafter.

5. It is Company policy that staff may not work for any parents in a privately arranged child caring capacity and this is stated in their Employee Contract. Pleasedo not make requests for baby sitting etc.

6. The nursery cannot accept responsibility for children’s personal belongings.

7. Parents are required to accept responsibility, in the unlikely event that any damage or costs result from the activities of their child.

8. Little Green Man reserves the right to alter the programme of activities, where the weather is inclement and prevents us from continuing with our advertisedevents.

9. An additional charge will be made for outings where there is an entry fee, e.g. trips to zoos, cinema, bowling, ice skating, wild life centres, etc. If we are unableto attend an outing where the additional charge is applicable due to inclement weather or transport difficulties, this additional fee only will be refunded.

10. It is the responsibility of parents to ensure that the children arrive by 9.00 a.m. on outing days.
