information about how your child can help

make the fayre a big success. If you are

able to help on the night or run a small

business and would like a stall on the night,

please leave your details with the school office. THANK YOU! Many thanks to

Mr & Mrs Ritchley of Bluewater Swimming Pools in

Christchurch for very kindly

sponsoring our Year 5 football kit. We are very grateful for their

generosity and support.

WEDNESDAY 16 DECEMBER due

to the Reception Year Nativity

performance in the afternoon.

Year 1 will be swimming as usual.

The Planetarium Visits MSJ ~ Years 5 & 6 took part in the visit from the Planetarium. It was a big, blow-up dome in the hall. When we first entered, it was all dark but when the man turned on the stars, we could see

everything. He talked about how the stars made patterns called constellations and how one star never moved! It was awesome! By Ashlea S, Morgan P and Elizabeth C

LOST! Alfie in 4H has lost his coat. It is a navy blue/black

Barbour padded coat with detachable hood.

Pyjama MUFTI (Non-Uniform) Day ~ Thank you to everyone who participated in the Pyjama Day today which was organised by the School Parliament. All money raised will be used to purchase warm clothes for genuine refugees.

REMINDER ~ When your child is writing their Christmas cards to post in the Christmas post box, please ensure they put the full name and class on the envelope. Cards will then reach the right pupils. Thank you.

On Thursday 26 November,

MSJ year 6 boys went to

Littledown Leisure Centre to

play in the Invitation

Cup .We played 4 group

games and won all of them

without conceding a goal. We

won the group and got through to the finals (a Round

Robin with 2 other teams). Firstly, we played Winton and

won 1-0. Winton got knocked out and we had to play

Stourfield. It was a tense game as we drew 0-0 and it

had to go to penalties. It was a close penalty shootout

but at the end we came out on top to win 3-1. IT WAS

AMAZING!!! Well done to all the squad for showing

brilliant team work! By Finley P & Glen A-C The Year 6 Boys Football Team need a new kit! Can anyone sponsor us? Please let us know if

you can offer sponsorship. Thank you.
