The range of low and ultra-low NOx burners are designed for virtually all fired heaters and steam
methane reformers with the thermal oxidiser supply ranging from burners to full systems for tail
gas incinerators, fume and vent plants, liquid waste and SRU’s.
Greens Combustion recently joined the HS Group of Companies thus extending the product range
to include fans from TLT Engineering Pvt. Ltd and flares from Airoil Flaregas Pvt Ltd, all of which can
be supplied through Greens Combustion Limited in the UK.
The Group not only has comprehensive workshop facilities on their 9 acre manufacturing site but
also uses an established international supply chain for maximum flexibility.

Burners for refineries, petrochemical and fertiliser plants use a vast array of burner configurations that are very specific to individual
licensors and processes. The trade marked GreenBurn® range of burners have been designed with extensive application knowledge covering the full range of technology providers and installations.
GreenBurn® RW ND The burner is a low NOx natural draught, self inspirating premix burner utilised for radiant wall applications. Using staged fuel technology with aerodynamically designed internals, the burner allows a very wide range of gases to be fired.
GreenBurn® RW FD The burner is a low NOx forced draught, nozzle mix design utilised for radiant wall applications. Using a 3 stage NOx reduction process of fuel staging, gas dilution and flue gas recirculation the burner pushes the boundaries of NOx reduction.
GreenBurn® DF The burner has been designed specifically for down fired applications where tight flame patterns are required. The staged air principle of NOx reduction is perfectly suited to this application overcoming the natural buoyancy of the flame counter acting the combustion process. The burner can be provided in the following formats

GreenBurn® SA Using advanced staged air NOx reduction processes, the burner can meet the majority of the world’s emissions legislations whilst still providing operational characteristics not normally associated with low NOx burners. The burner can be provided in the following formats

GreenBurn® ULN Extending the burner range into the “Ultra Low NOx” bracket the ULN version aims to meet even the most stringent of NOx demands whilst still ensuring other emissions such as CO and UHC as well as operability envelopes are not compromised. The burner uses a synergy of staged air / fuel technology and incorporates internal fuel gas recirculation The burner can be provided in the following formats
