What makes for great customer service?I believe good service is made when you follow the golden rule. Every one of our customers is a loved one to someone...a mother, brother, sister, son or daughter. If we think about how we would want someone to treat our loved ones it makes it clear. Everyone is important. The people we speak to may be going through some of the worst times of their life. Good service, maybe even a small gesture, could mean the world to someone.
