•The first time you communicate with someone you are required to authenticate.

•Colligo’s codeword authentication method requires that you and your team member verify each other’s identities through unique code words generated by combining your individual certificates.

•Groups enable Alan to perform one action with several team members simultaneously

•Create new groups through the Manage menu or by right clicking in the Group Membership pane.

•Drag and drop Online Users onto the group name to populate it.

•Colligo allows you to easily send files to another user or group wherever you may be.

•Files can be transferred by dragging and dropping them over a user or group or by choosing “Send Files” from the Actions menu.
