Colliers International Adds Gowell in Houston

Darren Gowell has joined Colliers International Houston as a senior associate.

Gowell will focus on transaction management, business development and lease negotiations as partof the firm's Houston office occupier advisors team.

He broke into the industry with Axis Tenant Advisors before joining CBRE, where he handledacquisitions and dispositions on behalf of office tenants in Houston.

Gowell is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin.
