Three regional offices, located inTeaneck, Parsippany and Somerset, assist in this extensive coverage.

The single office grew to three, and the servicesprovided expanded from its industrial heritage to include office and landbrokerage, tenant representation, consulting and both property andconstruction management.

As a result, the firm has been involved in many of the developments whichhave sculpted the state of New Jersey, including the creation of RaritanCenter in Edison, the state’s largest industrial park, Harmon Cove inSecaucus, Fox Hill Park in Parsippany and the purchase and sale of manymajor buildings.

Beyond New Jersey, the firm has successfully fulfi l led assignmentsthroughout the United States, as well as in Asia, Europe, Canada and LatinAmerica, providing its clients a resource of truly global proportions.
