Next, we had lunch and we took a nap.

We really enjoyed the nap since we were

still very tired from traveling. After our nap,

we met some more students from Notre

Dame and we talked for a while. Then, we

watched students from Cecoia play

soccer. Three students from Saint Francis

then played against the Cecoia students.

Our team beat the Brazilians! Later in the

day we went to the store to buy clothes

because our luggage was lost. Then, we

ate dinner and Marco gave us a lecture on

Brazil. Overall, my first day in Brazil was

so fun and better than I expected.

When we arrived, we were so excited

because we traveled for 65 hours to get

to Brazil. Wednesday was our first day

and we went to Cecoia. Students from

Notre Dame were with us and we all

played with the students from Cecoia. We

played musical chairs, a potato relay race,

and a fishing game. After that, we played

games as a large group and had so much

fun. We also got the opportunity to see

some of the students from Cecoia

perform a dance.
