In a natural cellar…The thick walls, made of earth and stone, ensure a constant temperature of 10° - 14°C.

EuroCave’s solution…The walls (5cm thick cellular insulant) and the thermal control system Twin Process guarantee a constant temperature (10° - 14°C).

In a natural cellar…The walls and ceilings in rugged rock collect humidity in the air, guaranteeing an ideal humidity level, above 50%. Excess humidity is evacuated through the gravel floor.

EuroCave’s solution…The exclusive humidity preservation and management system Hygro+, combined with the aluminium walls, guarantee an ideal humidity level, above 50%.

In a natural cellar…The thick walls provide excellent thermal insulation. The darkness of the cellar protects the wine from harmful U.V. rays and thus prevents premature deterioration of the wine.

EuroCave’s solution…CQI* walls constitute an optimal thermal barrier. Furthermore, EuroCave cabinets protect wine from light thanks to their solid doors or U.V. proofed glass doors.

In a natural cellar…Air is constantly circulating, owing to the difference in pressure between a door held ajar and an air vent.

EuroCave’s solution…The constant circulation of a slow, filtered air flow is obtained by the difference in pressure between 2 openings in the cabinet.

In a natural cellar…The thickness of the walls and the location of a natural cellar constitute a real barrier against external vibrations.

1 2 3The EuroCave thermal control system This Twin Process system is made up of a dual hot cold circuit. It recreates the specific climate of the best natural cellars. Thanks to high precision sensors, Twin Process carries out real time corrections to fluctuations in temperature. In this way, a constant temperature of 10° - 14°C, is ensured inside the cabinet whatever the external environment (0° - 35°C). A uniform temperature is ensured by the walls, made of aluminium, well known for its excellent thermal conductivity.

A uniform, controlled level of humidityEuroCave’s Hygro+ system ensure that your wine maturing cabinet has a level of humidity above 50%, to prevent your corks from drying out and, as a result, irreversible oxidation of your wine. Furthermore, EuroCave cabinets are the only cabinets to be fitted with an automatic display and a humidity alarm system.

A cellular insulant to protect yourwine from the elementsCQI* insulant, combined with thick walls (5cm) form a double thermal barrier, which ensures optimal protection against temperature variations. Insulation is essential as it prevents temperature fluctuations and reduces power consumption. EuroCave’s insulation provides protection equivalent to almost 2 metres of earth, as is the case in a natural cellar.

The breather effectEuroCave wine cabinets benefit from a ventilation system with breather effect, very similar to the ventilation system of a natural cellar. The air circulates via 2 openings located at the top and bottom of the cabinet. The air enters through the top opening, fitted with a charcoal filter which purifies the air and prevents bad odours. Furthermore, the constant renewal of air prevents mould from forming in your cabinet.

Protection against premature wine ageingVibrations disturb wine’s maturing process. The EuroCave VES (Vibration Exclusion System) provides your cabinet with a barrier against vibrations with several levels of protection. The cabinet compressor is separate from the body, which prevents vibrations being transmitted to it. Furthermore, the shelves are fitted with several shock absorbers and the cabinet feet ensure complete stability.

Storage specifically designed for wine bottlesContrary to other cabinets in the electrical goods market, EuroCave cabinets are specifically designed to store wine bottles. The bottles are stacked at double depth (top and tailed) and are perfectly supported in the specially designed recesses. A steel frame and stiffener strengthen the structure of the cabinet to allow it to support the weight of the bottles and prevent the body from buckling.

Unique !The “Main du Sommelier” shelfThe Main du Sommelier is formed from a body in two materials, combining a rigid structure for holding the bottle and a flexible material which adapts to the shape of the bottle and protects it from vibrations. Flexible, it can hold any type of bottle and you can place as many as you like wherever you like on the support. Finally, the label holder is made from eco-certified beech and protected by a water-based varnish.

With its simple lines and original designer control panel, the Première range stands out straightaway. This wine maturing range guarantees a constant temperature and level of humidity, so you can rest assured that your wine is maturing in optimal conditions.

�All the cabinets are fitted with a simple to use electronic control panel which allows you to easily see and programme the temperature of your cabinet.

Three sizes for 3 optimised capacities: the small V101 model allows you to store up to 100* bottles. The medium-sized V166 model has capacity to store 168* bottles whilst the large V266 model offers very large capacity of up to 223* bottles.

Its reversible door means that the cabinet will adapt to any location.

The Classic range offers 3 sizes, a wide range of finishes and 4 temperature systems.

‘‘1’’ temperature cabinets recreate the exact conditions of a natural cellar (temperature of 10 - 14°C).

‘‘2’’ and ‘‘3’’ temperature cabinets have several separate temperature zones: 1 zone for storing wine (10-14°C), 1 chilling compartment at the bottom (6-10°C) and 1 compartment for bringing wine to serving temperature, at the top (16-20°C)*. These models are not suitable to be placed in garages.

Wine serving cabinets offer up to 10 temperature zones (temperature staggered from 7 - 21°C) and allow you to store several types of wine (rosé, white, red) in the same cabinet at an ideal serving temperature.

Allows you to bring 12 bottles of wine (white or red) to the correct serving temperature for wine ready to be served whatever the circumstances.

Set with 2 detachable oxygen extraction heads, Tête à tête allows you to store 2 opened bottles for up to 10 days, by protecting them from oxidation.

The temperature is easy to set thanks to the tactile control panel on the front, with backlit keys.

Available in black, with a Full Glass door with clean, simple lines and a glass top for an elegant finish.

In order for wine to express all of its aromas and flavours, it must be served at the right temperature. Thus, red wines need to be served at around 18°C, white or rosé wines at around 8°C. Sowine’s exclusive system offers:

Providing you with even greater satisfaction by giving your wine cabinet a totally modern look. Depending on your requirements, two options are offered: full cabinet cladding or just door cladding (if your cabinet is going to be flush-fitted). Stainless steel cladding is available for both solid and glass doors.

Of enduring value, leather lends its natural elegance to wine cabinets in the Classic range, to fit perfectly into the most luxurious environments. Leather-work demands highly specialized techniques and extreme delicacy. Handmade by craftsmen who have specialized in furniture leather upholstery for four generations, the leather upholstery for EuroCave cabinets is made in the best tradition of the craft: saddle stitch, parts glued by hand…

Commitment 4 - Testing and checking every product.EuroCave quality controls greatly exceed the requirements of the EN 60335 standard:• Cold circuit seal test on all wine cabinets.• Electrical safety test on all wine cabinets.• Final checks, based on 40 points, and operational test on all cabinets, enabling validation of the dispatched cabinet’s conformity to the order.

Commitment 5 - Compliance with ecological standards.EuroCave subscribes to the objectives of Sustainable Development. For example, EuroCave cabinets and conditioners use an environmentally safe fluid that does not contain CFCs and therefore does not harm the ozone layer. The wood used for manufacturing the shelves comes from plantations approved by the SGS Audit Program.
