The new CPD pigment dyeing system allows for:
• Deeper and more brilliant shades.
• Further enhanced Old-Wash effects.
• Minimal staining of equipment.
• A subsequent treatment with Special White or Hidros TED in order to reach high seam contrasts and better rubbing fastness.
The new CPD pigment dyeing system is environmentally conscious due to:
• Water savings – the overall dyeing process only requires 3 baths.
• Energy saving – the very short dyeing step is carried out at room temperature.
• Chemicals savings – very deep shades are achieved through pigment dosages cut by 50-70%.
