The FlashLink BioLogger, Model 20800 - 20803, is designed spe-cifi cally for shipments of vaccines and other pharmaceuticals. The

BioLogger has temperature alarms pre-set at 2 and 8 degrees C. It uses the patented ShadowLog® feature, so data collection is guaranteed even if

the logger is not activated. Download the data to the CT Graphics printer or to a PC with the In-Transit FlashLink CT Software or write a PDF fi le with the FlashPDF software. The logger is available in 5-day, 15-day, 45-day or 75-day models.

The FlashLink -80C Logger, Model 20734-20735, is the ideal device for documenting stor-

age and transport conditions of prod-ucts sensitive to temperatures down to -80°C (-112°F). A compact, single-use

DeltaTRAK®’s In-Transit CT Loggers are highly reliable, cost-effective time and temperature recording instruments. Standard internal temperature sensor range is -40°F~150°F (-40°C~66°C) and external temperature sensor range is from -40°F to 302°F (-40°C to 150°C) with an accuracy of ±1.0°F (±.5°C) and 0.1°F/°C resolution. Relative humidity range is 20%~90%, with an accuracy of ±3.5% or better (not applicable on the Pro series.)

The FlashLink Program Manager Software is multi-language, easy to use and compatible with Windows® 95, 98, 2000, NT, ME and XP operating systems. Programmable features include logging intervals from 3 seconds to 24 hours, high and low alarm settings, adjustable alarm delays and delayed start from 0 seconds to 256 days.

The Database Manager Software fi nds and sorts through any number of data fi les by keywords or fi lenames. It can analyze and group multiple fi les with specifi c criteria.

Electronic Data LoggersELECTRONIC MULTIFUNCTION DATA LOGGERSThe DeltaTRAK® Electronic Data Logger is a portable, pocket-sized electronic device powered by a 10-year lithium battery. It is designed for easy and reliable tracking of parameters such as temperature, relative humidity, electric current, pressure, process signals and pulse signals. All Data Loggers have a built-in temperature sensor plus single or multiple external channels where different sensors can be attached for remote monitoring of a variety of parameters. The DeltaTRAK Data Loggers interface with a PC and have an internal memory for up to 32,000 readings. Each data point is automatically time and date stamped as it is recorded. Sampling intervals are set by the operator via a user-friendly Windows® program on the PC. Recorded data is downloaded and graphed or exported in ASCII format to a spreadsheet for numerical print outs.

HIGH TEMP DATA LOGGERThe High Temp Stainless Steel Data Logger, Models 20615 and 20616, is a reusable, compact and easy-to-use device for high temperature applications. Battery powered, with a battery life of 1 year, it automatically records temperatures between -40°F and 302°F (-40°C and 150°C) and it has an operating environment of -40°F and 302°F (-40°C and 150°C) and 0%to 100% RH. Model 20615 is a rugged and submersible data logger. Model 20616 has a 24” fl exible silicone rubber enclosed cable with a 4” stainless steel probe. Both are ideal for use in harsh environments such as retort, sterilization and autoclave validation.

Both loggers feature a non-volatile solid state memory,

providing maximum data security even if the battery becomes discharged. Delta Manager Software is used to download, display and analyze up to 32,767 temperature measurements recorded by these loggers. The devices are N.I.S.T. traceable.

Strip Chart Recorders

Depended on by large and small businesses alike for quality control, the DeltaTRAK In-Transit Temperature Recorder is a highly reliable, single-use strip chart time and temperature recording instrument. It is used to record environmental conditions encountered during storage and transportation of pharmaceuticals, chemicals and other temperature-sensitive commodities in insulated packaging, refrigerated trucks, ocean and air freight containers.

The In-Transit Temperature Recorder models are specially engineered with a light and durable vented case for superior air circulation and faster temperature response. Various standard models - 16000 - 16502 and RoHS compliant models 16000-1 - 16502-1

are available from 5-Day to 90-Day transit periods. Three temperature ranges are available: Low Range Model: -40°F~80°F (-40°C~27°C), Standard Range Model: -20°F~100°F (-29°C~38°C) and High Range Model: 32°F~150°F (0°C~65°C). They provide maximum accuracy and generate a permanent record of transit conditions on a 36 inch (91 cm) strip chart. A view port allows users to visually confi rm activation after the startup tab has been pulled.

The Digital LCD Environmental Temperature Recorder incorporates more features at a reduced price. Models 18020 through 18031 offer analog temperature recording along with an accurate digital temperature display for instant, easy and permanent record keeping.

Designed to be used in walk-in coolers and transportation vehicles, the Digital Recorder is an excellent device for cold storage warehouses, processing rooms and refrigerated cases.

This recorder comes with a large 1.5” x 0.5” (3.8 cm x 1.3 cm) LCD and a 2” x 2.8” (5 cm x 7.1 cm) recording chart viewing window. Different models in °F and °C scale are available for recording during time intervals of 3, 10, 31 and 62 days. Two temperature ranges are available: Low -20°F to 100°F (-28°C to 38°C) and High 30°F to 150°F (0°C to 65°C). All models have the CE mark and are RoHS compliant. Each recorder is packaged with a wall mounting bracket, screws and a QC test chart.

Circular Chart RecordersELECTRONIC CIRCULAR CHART TEMPERATURE RECORDERDeltaTRAK’s Electronic Circular Chart Recorder, Models 14010 through 14012, now has four chart speeds to choose from. The user-friendly control panel features two selector switches: one for chart speed and one for temperature range. Available chart speeds are: 6 hour, 24 hour, 7 days and 31 days. Three temperature ranges are available: -40°F~30°F (-40°C~-1°C), -20°F~50°F (-30°C~10°C) and 50°F~120°F (10°C~49°C) for frozen, chill and ambient environments.

The external stainless steel probe allows you to measure temperature of air, gas, liquids and semi-solids. It has a quartz clock movement,

motorized chart advance and temperature accuracy of ±2°F (±1°C). The recorder comes in °C or °F models and runs on 120V or 220V AC, 50/60 Hz. A rear compartment houses a holder for 8 AA alkaline batteries, providing up to 48 hours of continuous recording in the event of a power failure.

Current temperature is easily read on a large LED display, while a permanent record is traced on paper charts. Both charts and pens are easily replaced in a matter of seconds.

TEMPERATURE/HUMIDITY/DEW POINT CIRCULAR CHART RECORDERModels 14013 and 14014 provide simultaneous monitoring of both tem-perature and relative humidity, with four different chart speed models available: 12 hours, 24 hours, 7 days and 31 days, with charts available in either °F or °C scale. The record-ing range is -20°F ~ 120°F (-30°C ~ 50°C) and 10%-90% RH. The re-corder will also calculate dew point. There is an easy-to-read LCD display and a full function audible alarm for temperature excursions.

The red pen tracks temperature and the blue pen tracks humidity mea-surements, permanently recording

them on a 6 inch (165mm) diameter paper chart. Power to Model 14013 is supplied through a 120V AC 50/60 Hz. plug-in adapter. External power may be supplied from any 12V DC source such as automotive, marine, or other battery. Model 14014 comes with a 220V adapter.

Battery backup for 48 hours provides operation during temporary power loss.

Applications vary from refrigerated storage facilities, manufacturing en-vironments, processing rooms, labo-ratories and clean rooms.

Temperature Indicator Labels

TempDot High Temp ThermoLa-bels, Model 54111, can be used in applications in which the temper-

ature needs to exceed 160°F (71°C). The self-stick label can be attached to

glassware or other item being sanitized. When the temperature reaches 160°F (71°C) or higher, the center circle on the label turns irreversibly from clear to red.

TempDot® Time-Temperature Label, Models 51030-51032, are a low-cost label that indicates a cumulative time period of up to 60 minutes that an exposure above the threshold temperature has occurred. When the temperature exceeds the threshold a color change begins, but stops when the temperature

falls back under the threshold, showing the cumulative degree minutes time of exposure, important for many QA applications. Three models with respective temperature thresholds of 41°F (5°C), 46°F (8°C) and 50°F (10°C) are available.

WarmMark® Time/Temperature ThermoLabels, Models 51013-51035, monitor temperature of products dur-ing shipping, storage or processing. Response temperatures available range from 0°F (-18°C) up to 99°F (37°C).These self-adhesive labels apply direct-ly to product, package, carton or master pack. When activated, irreversible color change occurs once response tempera-

ture is reached or exceeded. Red indi-cates if exposure was for a brief, mod-erate or prolonged period of time. The run-out time varies among the different response temperatures.You can see at a glance if tempera-ture abuse has occurred, providing permanent records for quality assur-ance purposes.

ColdMark® ThermoLabels, Models 51001-51002: Available in either 32°F/0°C or 26°F/-3°C, these stick-on labels can be applied to a product, package, carton or master pack of items sensitive to extremely cold temperatures.

When exposed at or below its response temperature, the liquid in the label will turn cloudy with streaks of violet. Once warmed up above the response temperature, the liquid changes irreversibly to a uniform violet color.

High Temperature ThermoLabels are accurate, inexpensive, disposable heat indicators providing a permanent re-cord of temperature changes. They come with one, three, fi ve or eight tempera-ture steps, available from 90°F (32°C) to 500°F (260°C).

When rated temperatures are reached at each step, an irreversible black color

change occurs. These stick-on labels af-fi x directly to the clean dry interior or ex-terior surface of products or equipment.

Applications include manufacturing, processing, storage, shipping, shelf tem-perature of heat sensitive products, for dishwashers, heat sanitizing, ovens, dry-ers, retort and curing operations.

CERTIFIED REFRIGERATOR/FREEZER ALARM THERMOMETERUse the N.I.S.T. traceable Certi-fi ed Refrigerator/Freezer Alarm Thermometer, Model 12213, for accurate measurements that are not impacted by rapid temperature fl uc-tuations caused by frequent refrig-erator/freezer door opening. Its in-ternal sensor measures ambient air temperature, while the external sen-sor, attached to a 10 foot (3 meter)

cord and sealed in a small propylene glycol-fi lled bottle, mimics temper-ature readings in a medium similar to the common products stored in re-frigerators and freezers in labs. The operating range of the internal sensor is between 14°F and 122°F (-10°C and 50°C). The protected external probe measures temperatures from -13°F to 104°F (-25°C to 40°C).

FLASHCHECK® JUMBO DISPLAY WATERPROOF LAB THERMOMETERModel 11002, The FlashCheck Jumbo Display Digital Probe Lab Thermometer, is a highly accurate instrument for scientifi c, laboratory and especially veterinary use. This model has a large dual scale, a highly visible 1.5” x 0.5” (38mm x 12.7mm) LCD display and a stainless steel blunt-tip probe with a diameter of only 0.1 inch (2.3 millimeters).

The operating range is -40°F to 302°F

(-40°C to 150°C) with a 0.1°F (0.1°C) resolution. Its rugged ABS unibody structure braces against severe pull or push fl ex action. It can be fi eld cali-brated using a reference temperature bath. The unit is waterproof and can be washed with soap and water for thorough cleaning and sanitization. It is RoHS-compliant, N.I.S.T. traceable and has the CE Mark.

DIGITAL THERMO-HYGROMETERSDeltaTRAK® Digital Thermo-Hygrometers are available in a pocket Pen-Type, Model 13308, and a Jumbo Display, Model 13307. These instruments are valuable preventive maintenance and quality assurance tools for checking temperature and relative humidity readings in incubators, processing rooms, animal research labs and clean rooms. They feature an LCD display, °F/°C switch and a minimum/maximum button.

The internal sensor temperature

range on Model 13307 is 32°F~122°F (0°C~50°C) and the external sensor temperature range is -58°F~158°F (-50°C~70°C).

Infrared technology makes diffi cult temperature measurements easy, giving virtually instantaneous readings with speed and accuracy. These non-contact thermometers are excellent screening tools and allow you to take measurements from a distance and help eliminate the threat of contamination of sterile mediums in biological or clean room applications. A non-contact infrared thermometer is an excellent tool for quality assurance inspection, equipment and facility maintenance.

ThermoTrace Model 15030 (with laser guide) is a very compact and affordable unit, with an optional soft case. It has a fi eld of view of 8:1, temperature range of -40°F~590°F (-40°C~310°C) and is an ideal screening tool for cold storage applications like blood coolers.

ThermoTrace Waterproof Model 15036 (with laser guide) is a compact and affordable unit. It has a fi eld of view of 8:1 and a temperature measurement range of -4°F to 626°F (-20°C to 330°C). The emissivity is adjustable from 0.05 to 1.00. This thermometer is an ideal screening tool for monitoring temperature when it is not possible to use a probe thermometer. Applications include blood coolers, walk-in coolers and cold storage facilities.

ThermoTrace Waterproof Model 15006 (with laser guide) is the world’s fi rst waterproof infrared (IP67 compliant). Use this infrared thermometer to quickly check surface temperatures of products in hard to reach areas, inside refrigerated cases or other cold storage areas.

ThermoTrace 15006 can be washed and sanitized. It also includes alarm settings and a memory function that holds up to 99 points of temperature data. It features a 15:1 fi eld of view and a temperature range of 32°F to 932°F (0°C to 500°C).

ThermoTrace Waterproof Model 15006-40 (with laser guide) is an infrared non-contact thermometer that displays temperatures down to -40°C. The temperature range is rated accurate from -22°F to 392°F (-30°C to 200°C).

ISFET pH MetersPocket ISFET pH MeterThe Pocket ISFET (Ion-Sensitive Field Effect Transistor) pH Meter Model 24003 eliminates the problems associated with ordinary glass pen-type pH meters. It calibrates easily with a single drop of buffer solution, stores dry and fi ts conveniently in your pocket. The versatile Pocket ISFET pH Meter handles everything from dirty samples and semi-solids to liquids. In addition, it is designed with automatic temperature compensation and a replaceable reference electrode. The reference electrode provides visual indication when replacement becomes due. It also features a one-touch calibration, one-drop measurement, fast response time, long term stability, splash proof housing and automatic power-off.

Model 24300, is a rugged, handheld pH Meter armored in a chemical resistant holster and engineered to withstand a six-foot drop onto concrete. The meter will accurately measure pH, mV and temperature. The large LCD display is easy to read. It is excellent for fi eld work, lab testing, industrial applications and educational use. Choose from the Model 24302 or Model 24303 probes (see below).

Model 24301, is a waterproof, handheld pH Meter. The meter is IP 67 rated, showcases an extra large LCD display with LED backlight and has the ability to accurately measure pH, mV, temperature and ORP. PC graphing and data logging software is included. The internal memory stores up to 999 data points. Choose from the Model 24302 or Model 24303 probes (see below).

Two non-glass probes are available separately: a standard 8.3mm (.32 in.) diameter probe, Model 24302 and a heavy duty, 4.8 mm (.18 in.) piercing probe, Model 24303. Model 24302 is a good, general purpose probe. Model 24303 can be used with beef and pork or other dense materials. Both Model 24300 and 24301 also accept glass probes with a standard BNC connector.
