The camera zooms in on the door to the CFL Commissioners of-fice. It opens to find Commissioner Pigskin sitting at his desk. He has Howard T. Jones (IGL Commish) on Zoom.
“Hey Piggy,” Jones says. “It looks like you’re going to miss out on having a chance to compete for the 1st-ever Men’s ICA Championship.”
“That’s really a shame,” Jones adds. “ Since there aren't any other mens champions in the ICA, I was told my guy Big Salty Shatterday will win by default. How do you like that?”
Jones starts laughing and Pigskin hits his laptop so hard it breaks.
“That pompous *sshole,” Pigskin says. “I’ll fix him. His cham-pion, Big Salty Shatterday, owes me a favor from when I used to commish the IGL.”
“I guess it’s a good time to call it in,” Pigskin adds.
“Hey, someone send those new IT guys in here,” Pigskin yells. “It looks like I’m going to be needing a new laptop.”

Once our CFL IC Tourney is complete, anyone can challenge the champion. A schedule of when you can challenge for the IC title is posted later in this report. Our tourney kicked off last cycle The Commissioner will submit all matches. Round 2 is posted below and takes place this cycle
Now, the champion gets +3 to their strat. So, you basically have to defeat the champion by 4 points or more to win the championship.
In the event that more than one per-son defeats the champion in a cycle, the opponent who a) beats him by the most points wins or b) has the better strat wins.
Each cycle the IC successfully de-fends the title will be awarded 15 points and $25,000 IM.
Any wrestler winning the IC Cham-pionship will be awarded 25 points and $25,000 IM.

We have announced a new contest launching in cycle #1 (retroactively), called Legend of the CFL. Basically, this is a race between all CFL members to be the first wrestler to win all front page titles, including tag and six-man titles, along with the Battle Royal.
The winner will receive $250,000 IM, 50 free matches and 15 Stable War Points. The winner also has a stadium named after them in our bulletin along with a scrub wrestler created in their honor.

This contest pits all stables against each other to determine who really rules the league.
How does it work? Stables will get points based on titles they’ve dominated over the course of a year, i.e. if a TV member wins the central title more than any other stable, they get the points and the other stables get none. If there is a tie, the points are split evenly. Also, if a wrestler changes stables during the year, his won titles stay with the stable he was with at that time. Welcome back, everyone! The CFL continues to rebuild and grow.
Here’s what we’ve been able to do since last update ….
1. We hit 50 cards last cycle! That is huge! Due to this, we were able to bring in Aziz Kuthrapali as our IT director along with his staff. We now have our computers networked and a website for our fans to check out.
2. Our Battle Royal entries jumped again to 14 (almost grabbing another achieve-ment of 15). Rebecca Bilal has been brought on to be the Strength and Condition-ing Director. Her staff will be working with our wrestlers to make sure they are in top shape for our fans. Those wrestlers with the sagging guts are a thing of the past.
