DO GREAT, FEEL GREAT
C O F F E E + T E A A R T
There’s nothing like a good cuppa, especially when it turns into a wonderful work of art. So boil the kettle, reach for your teabags
and coffee granules and let’s make something amazing.
Prince’s Trust Young Ambassador Daniel Perkins came up with the idea for these tasty paintings.
He works to encourage others to use art to boost their wellbeing, and also tries to raise awareness
of the threats facing endangered species – including hedgehogs – through his work.
Daniel, you’re an art-tea genius!

2. Get brewingTime to start making your paints. Use a glass or jar for each colour – put one teabag in your first jar, two teabags in your second jar, coffee in a third jar. The stronger the tea or coffee, the darker the colour you’ll create.

3. Just add waterNext pour water into your jars. Hot water makes colours appear faster, but warm water works too. Wait five minutes for all of the colour to come out, then remove the teabags. You can add more water to get lighter colours too.
