LAMINOThe Lamino heat sealer can be operat-ed by a foot pedal, leaving both hands free for handling the product. The pro-fi led sealing bars apply high pressure to seal different kinds of laminated bags e.g.: paper, aluminium, PP and cellophane. A brim on the seal bar ensures the cor-rect position of the seal. As well as pedal operation, the LAMINO can also run in automatic mode (timer controlled).The LAMINO has an electronic temperature controller (digital) with a

temperature range from 50°C to 150°C (+/- 1%). It has an auto test function and automatic setup of the tempera-ture control parameters.Applications: all kinds of heat seal-able bags, food products (coffee bags), seeds, ironware, mechanical and electric parts, etc.Options: Adjustable bag support table, characters for code seal.

300 TT SEALERS

The TT-sealers are pedal operated machines, controlled either mechani-cally (TTS model, see picture) or pneu-matically (TTCD model, see picture). This leaves both hands free for packing. The profi led sealing bars are constant-ly heated and the sealing tempera-ture is adjustable. The TTCD-model is equipped with timer and digital tem-perature control.

Using pre-made bags the TT sealers can be used for sealing Paper and Aluminium laminates. The tempera-ture of the jaws can be adjusted up to 200 °C to suit the type and thickness of

the material to be sealed. Both sealing bars are heated providing effi cient heat distribution. As it is equipped with a digital temperature control unit, the 300 TTCD may also be used for sealing Cellophane and Polypropylene.Applications: all kinds of heat seal-able bags, food products, seeds, iron-ware, mechanical and electric parts, etc.Technical specifications 3 0 0 T T S

SUPER CELLO

These heat sealing tongs can be used for a variety of applications requiring a constant heat sealer that can be used at the location of the item to be sealed. The 4,5 metre long power lead enables the user to walk around with the unit and seal packages on site.

The comfortable insulated grip of the machine keeps the handle cool even when the temperature of the jaws rises to 250 °C.

The Super Cello can be used for sea-ling Coated Paper and Aluminium laminates. The temperature of the jaws can be adjusted from 60 °C to

250 °C to suit the type and thickness of the material to be sealed. Both sea-ling bars are heated providing effi cient heat distribution.

The Super Cello sealers are very easy to operate. The jaws are closed by hand and then released once sealing is complete.

The Super Cello comes in two diffe-rent lengths: 300 mm. and 420 mm. (300 SC and 420 SC) with the option of PTFE coated seal bars (300 SCT and 420 SCT)

The AVM 190 HS/I is a small, fully automatic vertical form, fi ll, and seal machine. It automatically forms a bag, allows it to be fi lled with product, and then seals and separates the fi nished package. The AVM 190 is available in the following versions:• AVM 190 HSI : Impulse sealing for

polyethylene bags• AVM 190 HS : Heat version for

heat sealable fi lm, PP and laminates• AVM 190 HS/I SERVO : Servo

controlled for the highest produc-tion speed.

The AVM 190 HS/I can be used to pack many different products, such as granu-les, powders, liquids, and solids. The low height of the machine (less than 1200 mm) means that product feeding can be done manually or by means of a fully automatic dosing system, which Audion can supply.The AVM 190 HS/I gives a fast, high integrity seal even with thick materials.

The AVM 190 is also available with stainless steel wash down construction (IP 65 classifi cation), making it extremely suitable for the harsh environment of the food industry.

AVM 190 HS

The D 555 NVT is a tabletop vertical band sealer. Pre-made bags are sealed standing up, which is ideal for powder, liquid or solid products that would spill if sealed laying fl at.The sealing unit can be adjusted in height to suit different sizes of packages. The D 555 NVT is equipped with an easy to operate digital panel and PTFE seal belts.

The D555 NVT has a sealing width of 10 mm and a variable operating speed, up to 10 meter per minute!This versatile band sealer will seal all kinds of sealable material.

The VMS 153 VCB is ideal for creating vacuum brick bags of powdered products such as ground coffee or beans. The brick shape is created with a custom designed forming cassette, which is useable for multiple bag per cycle operation.

To ensure nice brick shape, a “stamper”is delivered with the machine with which the top of the package can be fl attened prior to vacuuming.

It is possible to pack stand-up pouches as well as brick package by exchanging

the forming cassette with the optional platform. When the platform is attached, it is possible to use the gas fl ush option.
