2. About Project• Development phase scope: Provides full Stack services for requirements

definition, basic design, detailed design, development, testing, operation and maintenance. The scope of work is the development of APIs that link with systems such as iOS / aOS application development, backends, API development, and existing customer management.

• This Car Maker want to investigate all the situation of Digital channel and need some proposal for improvement.

• The used for consultancy need to hearing 22 Dealers and 130 sale-men and investigation all digital channels of 12 other competitors.
