Overall concept

initial position: the plateform is inside

after switch on, the platform will move out in order to place a coconut on it.

once start button is pressed, the platform move in and process start.

after the process, the cover of the coconut has been moved up

finished coconut and platform move out together.

the cover of the coconut drop down to a hole at bottom.

driller move down and drill the top of coconut to stabalize cocnonut while chopping.

knife start to chop in certain angle.

knife return to initial position.

the platform rotate few degree then stop.

knife start to chop again. since the coconut has been rotated, a new area will be chop.

same process will continuos untill the coconut has been rotated 360 degree or 720 degree. these process take time arround 20 seconds.

coconut that has been opened is moving out.

driller move up and the cover will be moved up together since it was drilled.

17. Remove the cover of coconut.

the driller (orange color) will move up but a cylinder( black color) will remain position. when the driller move over the cylinder, the cover of coconut will drop.

put special designed tool (purple) on the coconut.

the special designed platform can be adjusted to let coconut rotate in few degree.

process after the coconut was chopped.

Scrape coconut meat......

use the tool to pour coconut juice by adjusting the special design platform

pink color part is to rotate the coconut when pouring.

special design tool and platform:

knife design

replaceable knife blade.

the whole knife system will be put on a platform. this platform is for rotating purpose. so knife can chop the coconut in required angle.
