COCKTAILS

Ooty Town Gimlet

Rose bud & rose water house batch cordial, Hendricks’s Gin with

crystalised rose petals. Named after the home of the Government Rose

Garden and the classic British Naval cocktail.

The Sativus Soother Saffron steeped Ron Zacapa 23, dessert wine and dry sherry with spice

bitters & grapefruit zest. In history, Sativus meaning saffron, was better

known for its medicinal qualities-combine this with the true decadence of

premium rum and you are sure to be soothed.

In Light of India

Tapatio Blanco Tequila, ginger beer & bitters with pineapple and

cardamom malai. Named after the book of the same name by Octavio Paz,

a Nobel Prize writer, poet and Mexican diplomat who lived in India.

The Regiment

Champagne with a gentle warmth of Amrut Single Malt, marmalade and

our own house Indian bitters. Based on the Classic Champagne Cocktail

(sugar bitters & Champagne) this a great drink for all occasions.

Grape to Grain Bols Genever, grape juice, honey & spices crowned with sparkling wine.

The base of this drink was taken from an Indian drink called Angoor

Sharbat. A traditional recipe that has been mixed with a historic Dutch

spirit.

House spiced rum daiquiri and coconut milk & orange blossom ice cream.

The clean, fresh flavors of rum, Indian lemon & sugar have been

overhauled & accompanying them is a rich yet refreshing ice cream.

Tanqueray Gin, tonic syrup, ginger, fresh curry leaf, lemon & egg white.

Two drinks in one, Gin and tonic and the sour, combined with ginger and

curry leaf flavors. One for the days out in the desert!

Arrack Punch Ceylon Arrack, Pampero Blanco, passion fruit, lavender & green tea. The

punch was a true master of ceremonies and this single offering is a great

example of the five ingredients rule.

Flutterby Butterfly Boston Absinthe with cucumber, dill and yoghurt. Based on a

Lassi the partnership of Absinthe and dill is so fresh and cleansing when

teamed with cucumber and yoghurt, which is a great accompaniment to our

dishes.

Cognac with toasted cumin seed & mango syrup. Made as an Old

Fashioned stirred and brought to your table in an alder wood chip smoked

decanter.
