MANAGEMENT OBJECTIVES•Maintain a fair, but mostly rigid control of all key aspects of whatever will allow the team to reach it’s goals.

Keeping the ability to accept criticism and delegate tasks as necessary. Making the final decision and being will-ing to accepts the consequences of that decision, whatever they may be. This attitude was built by life long de-sire to move things around me in a positive direction. I had begun to develop this strategy while watching some of the best coaches in the business of football do there jobs. Such notable coaches as Frank Maloney, George Oleary, Tom Coughlin, Ivan Fears, Kevin Callahan, Randy Edsall, Jim Tressel, Dennis Fitzgerald, Gary Blackney and Clarence Brooks. All of whom were coaches at Syracuse while I was a player.
