COA presentation for 1001 Le Green, 77009

Request to remove the metal columns, pictured above (left), they do not appear to be original. Request to replace with more historically appropriate 4x4 wood columns, to look like the column in the picture above (right). Also request to remove the shutters pictured below. The shutters are only on the front of the house, and they do not appear to be original.

Home has three aluminum windows on the existing addition, as pictured above. Request to cancel all three aluminum windows. Requesting to add three new wood windows on the addition as shown in the window schedule. All the other windows on the original structure are to remain.

The original wood siding has been covered with vinyl siding. Request to take off the vinyl siding and expose the original wood siding underneath. The picture above (left) is the original wood siding, and the picture above (right) shows the the original siding underneath the vinyl siding. Requesting to go back to the original.
