Digitisation means a big change and it is a journeythat requires a number of different skills. Interpersonal skills and trust becomes even moreimportant today, for example. You need to createparticipation in the organization, work closely and be responsive to identify trends and emergingtechnologies. As a leader you must also be able to delegate to an even greater extent than today - and for delegation requires trust. Having a feel for whatpeople in different parts sitting on the right competencies is another desirable characteristic.
