targeting women to help them get into

leadership positions

Supporting young people to join co-ops

RWANDA

In partnership with Tearfund,

training women farmers to help

them start co-ops and be able to

earn more money for themselves

and their families

ZAMBIA

In partnership with Christian

Aid, using a train the trainer

model, 4,000 farmers (75%

women) will get training to set

up and successfully run co-

operatives

Our Principles of Purpose commit us to reserving a sum equal to

4% of the previous year’s wage bill for international project support.
