1. In SAP, start the transaction using the menu path or transaction code.

SAP Easy Access

2. Double-click the Accounting node .

3. Double-click the Project System node .

4. Double-click the Project node .

5. Double-click the Special Maintenance Functions node .

6. Double-click the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) node .

7. Click the Scroll-down button .

8. Double-click the CJ03 - Display node .

9. As required, complete/review the following fields:

Project Def. R A framework for a business undertaking with a fixed goal to achieve with given resources.The project definition contains dates and organizational information that are binding for the entire project. Example: S.IT.CPC.BGO.TT1
