Steps used to compare two populations resulting in an inference (conclusion based on facts).
Step 1: Determine if each of the two graphs are symmetric or not symmetric.
Step 2: Refer to chart on page 606 to decide which are the two most appropriate measures you should use to help make your inference (conclusion).
