The scope of the parking garage includes the development
of a parking structure and surface lot improvements to
accommodate up to 2,600 parking spaces in Lot D. This
also includes landside improvements to the entrance of the
lot, intersection upgrades, and ramp improvements. The
parking structure will require the existing utility be relocated
as part of a “utility corridor” through the existing lot.
