CMP Solo Cable Glands - Specification CMP A2 SOLO type brass indoor and outdoor cable gland kit for use with all types ofCMP A2-20 LSF Glands Kits unarmoured cable, providing a seal on the cable outer sheath. The CMP Solo cable gland provides both a sealing function and also mechanical cable retention. All CMP Cable Glands are EMC Tested. The CMP A2 SOLO range of industrial LSF cable glands are designed and tested to BS 6121:Part 1:1989, meets or surpasses the requirements of EN 50262 :1999, and is produced from Brass grade CuZn39Pb3 (CW614N) to EN12168. Other cable gland materials including aluminium are also available in this standard design. The CMP cable gland kit includes CMP SOLO LSF (Low Smoke & Fume) Halogen Free Shrouds and Seals. International Hazardous Area Approvals are held from SIRA, CEPEL/Inmetro, CSA, UL, GOST, NEPSI, TUV, and CIDET. In addition Marine Classification Society Approvals from Lloyds, DNV & ABS are also held by CMP Cable Glands.
