controls  of  ASX  Clear,  and  thereby  achieving  a  reduction  in  systemic  risk  in  an  increasingly  complex  

Australian  cash  market  environment.

1.   Calculate  a  CPs  CMM  requirement  on  a  daily  basis  using  close  of  previous  business  days  trading  and  settlement  information.  

2.   Automated  reconciliation  of  calculated  CMM  requirement  against  the  ASX  calculated  requirement.  

3.   Allow  intraday  calculations  to  be  run  either  scheduled  or  ad-­‐hoc  using  Agility’s  CONNECT  framework  (ad-­‐hoc  calculations  will  use  current  or  delayed  market  data  information  where  available).  

4.   Provide  a  customized  suite  of  reports  to  manage  CMM  and  reconcile  with  the  ASX  reporting.
