Police

FIR was registered on the pretext that some important files from excise Department Kaithal were missing. In this matter police filed a cancellation report mentioning that they received a letter from the then ACS E&T for withdrawal of FIR. But when the complainant sought the copy of letter from the ACS office in RTI. The Office replied no such letter has ever been issued by the ACS E&T. All the ATRs received from police in this matter are vague.
