1 2015/01600 Development & Panchayat It was a complaint against sarpanch and inquiry was marked to then ADC in June 2014. Final ATR is still awaited.

2 2016/021394 Irrigation Complaint of corruption and inquiry report was submitted in May 2013 but till date no action has been taken. In the previous meeting the EIC was directed to furnish his comments in matter. But till date no comments have been uploaded.

But the loss/embezzlement amount has not been assessed. SE (PWD B&R) Sonipat may be asked to assess the loss so that further action is taken against the guilty.

2 2016/039409 Food and Supplies Complaint of some DFSC. Inquiry is pending till date.

3 2015/17333 Panchayat The delinquent were held guilty and action is ought to be taken by the ACS office but they are seeking clarification from the subordinates.




2 2016/080209 Revenue Some 2000 files got missing from revenue records no inquiry conducted till date. The department were asked to get the matter inquired from ADC sirsa. But the same is lying with tehsildar.

3 2016/035822 School Education Complaint of corruption. Held guilty but no action taken by department.

4 2016/081537 Higher Education Complaint of illegal activities carried out by management of private university. In the previous meeting the W/APSCM directed the department to get the matter inquired by the concerned Deputy Commissioner, Jhajjar even then a principal was appointed inquiry officer.

5 2017/012397 Medical Education No action after show cause.

5 2017/005072 ITI Disposed on interim reply. And it's a complaint against principal and inquiry marked has been to the principal. Pending till date.

6 2017/005390 ITI Complaint of embezzlement. The delinquent was held guilty. Till date not recovery or criminal proceedings initiated.

8 2016/066709 HUDA The plot file were deliberately misplaced and the plot of complainant was allotted to some other party. The reply uploaded by department is illegible and nothing has been done till date.

6 2015/30880 Panchayat On 02.11.2016 SDM concerned submitted a report in which BDPO J.E. and gram sachiv where held guilty and recommended registration of FIR. But the same is lying with DC Sirsa concerned since then. Earlier the police has filed cancellation report in the month of Aug. 2016. Pending till date.

7 2015/15751 Panchayat Complaint of corruption. As per the report the matter is pending in the court but details of the same are yet to be uploaded

13 2016/097447 ULB STP was held guilty of flouting the rules. No action till date.

14 2016/079877 ULB MC rewari corruption case no substantial progress till date.

22 2016/100334 Police The police conducted a inquiry and filed a cancellation that too without the opinion of the District attorney. Thereafter, the same matter got inquired by SDM concerned and BDPO Gram Sachiv and some other officials were held guilty.

23 2016/101612 Excise No inquiry till date has been conducted by the department. As per the delinquent officers were not cooperating with the inquiry official.
