- Conducting studies and researches in various fields

relevant to the city (collaborations between Innovation and Civic Imagination Center,

Participatory Budgeting

•Participatory Budgeting Cluj-Napoca 2017 is the first online participatory budgeting

process in Romania.

•Through this process, Cluj-Napoca Municipality aimed to involve in the democratic

process those who live, work or study in Cluj-Napoca and they are over 18 years old.
