AIRLINE RELATED BENEFITS
Members Databank: If you are not already a member, you will be automatically enrolled in the Caribbean Miles programme. Your Membership number will also be your Caribbean Miles number for easy reference.
Priority Status for fully booked flights: In the event that we are unable to confirm your reservation requests as a result of pre-sold flights, priority consideration will be given for confirmation as cancellations are registered.
Preferential airport check-in: Upon presentation of your Club Caribbean Membership card, members receive the privilege of check-in at the Business Class counter. !is facility is o"ered only to the Member and one guest travelling with the Member. Courteous, experienced Customer Service Representatives will provide prompt and e#cient service, ensuring you a speedy check-in.
Waiver on date change fees: We understand that as a business traveller, the need for flexible travel planning is vital. In an e"ort to help you achieve this, tickets that carry date change penalties can be changed at no additional cost. NOTE: Club Caribbean Waiver of Flight and Date Change Penalty Vouchers do not apply to fare upgrades or reissue fees resulting from a date change.
Club Caribbean members will be issued Five (5) Waiver of Flight and Date Change Penalty Vouchers which are to be used when requesting flight and date changes. !e voucher(s) must be presented at the check-in counter on the date of travel.
Club Caribbean Members are requested to have the vouchers with them at all times when travelling. Flight and date change fees are non-refundable. Flight and date changes will be subject to seat availability and must be within the validity of the ticket.
Priority standby at airport: In the event that we were unable to confirm your booking and you are travelling stand-by, priority consideration will be given if seats become available.
Priority baggage handling: As a Club Caribbean Member, your baggage will be given priority handling when travelling on Caribbean Airlines flights. Baggage regulations apply to all Members.
Access to our hospitality lounges & business centers: When departing on a Caribbean Airlines flight, Club Caribbean Members and one travel companion (16 years and over) are welcomed in the luxurious hospitality lounges available at selected airports. Simply present your Club Caribbean card and Caribbean Airlines boarding pass to our representative who will be happy to accommodate you.

Our lounges provide a serene and comfortable atmosphere where you can relax with a friend, finalise your business plans, enjoy a cup of co"ee or complimentary cocktails from the bar, view the current news on television, make your last minute phone calls, or browse through our latest publications.
Club Caribbean Members may sometimes require internet connection and faxing facilities to conduct business while waiting on flight departure. !e business center located in the hospitality lounge is available to you.
Priority boarding: When it’s time to board your Caribbean Airlines flight, you will be given the opportunity to board the aircraft first (along with Business Class passengers) so that you can secure your seat in a comfortable manner.
Discounts at Caribbean Airlines Duty Free shop: Upon presentation of your Club Caribbean card, you are eligible for a 10% discount on all purchases made at our shop, located at Piarco International Airport – Trinidad.
Personalised baggage tags: Upon joining the Club Caribbean programme, members will be issued personalised Club Caribbean baggage tags, which can be used at your convenience. !ese baggage tags are issued every two years once membership is renewed.
Family Members can be co-applicants: Co-application is extended to one family member who wishes to enjoy Member benefits.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Membership in the Club Caribbean Loyalty programme is opento all clients and their family members over the age of 16years.
2. Club Caribbean card is for the exclusive use of the Member and is not transferable. Benefits will be available only to the person whose name is printed on the card.
3. Membership Airline related benefits are only valid on Caribbean Airlines services. Ground privileges, which are not airline related, are
is not a credit card. Enrolment fees are non-refundable and subject to change without notice.
4. which reserves the right at any time in its absolute discretion to refuse Membership or without notice to revoke Membership or to refuse or withdraw benefits. If Membership is terminated by Caribbean Airlines because of any breach of the terms and conditions, or for any misuse of Club Caribbean benefits, the Member will not be entitled to any refund in respect of Membership fees.
5. You may choose to terminate your Membership at any time by giving notice in writing and returning your card, unused Waiver of Flight and Date Change Penalty Vouchers to Caribbean Airlines. Membership fees are not refundable.
6. Caribbean Airlines reserve the right in its absolute discretion to withdraw, cancel, vary or in any way change at any time, without noticeany benefits previously offered. Caribbean Airlines shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from such withdrawal, cancellation or variation. In the event of such change, Caribbean Airlines will use its reasonable endeavours to notify Members. Compensation for the temporary or permanent closure of any Club facility will not be entertained.
7. Some of the facilities and benefits offered to Members are provided by companies with which Caribbean Airlines has made arrangements, but
each case to the terms and conditions of the companies providing such benefits. Accordingly, although every effort will be made to ensure thesbenefits are available, Caribbean Airlines will not be liable for any loss odamage arising from the provision or non-provision whether in whole oin part, of any such benefits or facilities.
8. Attire and conduct while using the Lounge facilities must be in keeping with good taste and a dignified atmosphere. Smoking is not permitted.
