invested in an online membership system, which was proven successful last renewal season.

This facilitates a much quicker and improved membership process, allowing Archery GB to offer additional support to clubs and members.

membership yourself- this is something your Club

Secretary will do for you, from 30 August 2019.

The new GDPR legislation puts the control of the use of your personal data in your hands. Please ensure all your details within the system are correct and your communication preferences are set as you require.

Choose one of the following:

■ Data becomes more reliable, reducing instances of duplicate records

■ As soon as payment is received from your club, you will receive an electronic membership card (e-card) as long as you have supplied your email address

■ The e-card can be:

• Printed from the email - hardcopy• Downloaded to a mobile phone or other device

■ The whole process is significantly quicker

■ If you need any other assistance in logging in, please email us and confirm your name and membership number in your email.

With the e-card system now in place you have the option to to receive a plastic membership card or opt out of receiving one. You can update this by going to: View and Edit Profile and click on additional information.

Please also update the Disability & Ethnicity Monitoring section.
