The Companion would assist in the dining room; provide housekeeping, and resident assistance. Advertising Sale RepresentativePurpose/Description Prepare and deliver print and digital sales presentations to new and existing customers to sell new advertising programs and to protect and increase existing advertising

Responsibilities and Duties· Prepare advertising campaigns based on client’s needs, goals and budget.· Present advertising campaigns to clients on print, online and/or niche products.· Order advertising campaigns in a timely manner.· Process all correspondence and paperwork related to accounts· Meet and/or exceed established monthly and quarterly revenue goals.· Attend all training sessions and meetings when scheduled.

Knowledge and Skills· Customer & personal service skills with attention to detail.· Ability to meet strict deadlines.· Written and oral communication skills required.· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).· College degree preferred in advertising sales. High school diploma or equivalent with commensurate experience will be considered.
