Presentado en madera de una sola pieza que nos representa la artesanía del mezcal. Los jimadores son los agricultores encargados de trabajar las piñas de agave. El lichi, producto oriental, nos aporta el contraste entre las dos culturas. En principio predomina su saber y posteriormente va

evolucionando a través de la acidez hasta un post-gusto ahumado.
