Each Vendor is required to carry Comprehensive General Liability insurance for a limit of not less than $1,000,000 and name The Summit County Historical Society as an additional insured.
Booth Sign:Each booth will have an 11x17 black and white sign for vendor name and assigned number.

Vendor Space Invoice:Each booth is 10’x10’ and includes a curtained 8’ back drape, 3’ side drape, skirted table, 2 chairs, and free Wi-Fi. Booth location will be determined by the Society.

Basket Donation:Feature your products (and booth number) in a raffle basket displayed at a main entrance for attendees to savor. In appreciation of your basket donation valued at over $50, you will receive one free ticket to the preview party event on the Friday evening before the show. For a basket donation valued at over $100, you will receive two free tickets.

Booth space will only be assigned with receipt of signed Vendor Space Application and full payment. Booth assignments are made on a first-come first-serve basis. It is the Vendor's responsibility to assure a current and valid credit card is on file for all scheduled credit card payments. A 5% surcharge will be added to the unpaid balance if a credit card is declined or has expired.
The John S. Knight Center in-house food service will provide all food and beverage service to compliment the Mutton Hill Quilt Show. No outside food or beverage is permitted.
Acknowledgement Information:I have read, understand and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions listed with the Vendor Space Application, which are made part of this agreement when space is assigned.
