1. Business customer orders Microsoft subscription directly with CSP

2. CSP registers customer at the MPC and generates the license3. CSP sends the login and license information to the Customer4. Customer creates account, activates license, and begins using the Service(s)5. Customer communicates any changes to account or license with the CSP6. CSP adjusts account or license info on behalf of the Customer at the MPC 7. CSP retrieves their invoice and the CSV file from the MPC every month
