Breaking the traditional architecture of HMI, we introduce an innovative HMI architecture. The HMI splits into server and visualization device. The server device connects with controller and proceeds protocol conversion, data logging, event logging, recipe, database maintenance, macro commands execution, etc. The visualizationfunction is perfectly integrated into iPad with the powerful CloudHMI software.

Each machine is equipped with one HMI. If any of the HMIs stops working, the machine is out of service.
Each machine is equipped with one cMT-SVR. The visualization device can be a wireless iPad or wiredcMT-iV5 from Weintek. Each visualization device canaccess any cMT-SVR with hot-standby mechanism.If any visualization device is out of service, theanother visualization device can take overoperation without interruption.
