Self-service printing with accounting

1 Check-in at a hotel where a guest requires a print option. After registration he can upload his documents to a website and

release his print jobs securely at the printer panel. With the accounting function his print costs accumulate during his

stay. When checking out, he is charged for his prints and receives a corresponding invoice.

Secure mobile printing for external visitors

3 A customer arrives for a meeting; while waiting at reception, he wants to print the boarding pass for his flight stored on his tablet. He can e-mail this print job to a defined e-mail

address and release his job at the printer with a PIN that he receives by e-mail. Before releasing the job, he can customise

the output settings of his document.

Direct printing from cloud platforms via mobile app
