Medium bodied, balanced and persistent wine. MALBEC, OSCURO MENDOZA MALBEC 9.5 14 37 Mendoza, Argentina Pure, juicy flavours of plum and blackberry, with a hint of chocolate and vanilla from the oak ageing. It has a long, lingering and elegant finish. SHIRAZ, JOURNEYS END HUNTSMAN SHIRAZ MOURVEDRE 11 15 40 Stellenbosch, South Africa Made from grapes of Shiraz and Mourvedre. This is a medium bodied wine with flavours of dark forest fruits and savoury spice. PINOT NOIR, BATTLE OF BOSWORTH PINOT NOIR 45 McLaren Vale, Australia There are beautiful ripe red fruits on the nose, notes of plums, strawberries, along with a light, alluring spice. The Bosworth Pinot Noir is a middle weight wine with lovely tannins. TEMPRANILLO, CASTILLO CLAVIJO RIOJA GRAN RESERVA 55 Rioja, Spain The words ‘’Grand Reserva’’ indicate that this wine has had extra ageing in barrel and bottle. Particularly crisp and balanced palate. GRENACHE, COTES DE PROVENCE ROSE DOMAINE PASTOURE 10 14 39 Provence, France With a bright colour, it is floral and fruity on the nose, with a long finish. CHATEAU D’ESCLANS WHISPERING ANGEL ROSE 49 Provence, France Variety of Grenache, Cinsault and Vermentino grapes. Pale pink in colour, it has flavours of redcurrant, dried flowers and spices on the nose, with subtle herbal quality.
