Miss Mamie Myers and Mrs. Walter Myers spent Friday in Reisiterstown. A birthday party was given last Sat- urday night at the home of Mr. Harry Peltzer for his son Howard. Quite a large number was present. Miss Ida Pitts visited at the home of Mr. D. W. Myers last Sunday. -o- PARKTON. Mrs. Raymond Bossom attended the (held at Black Rock Church on Thanks giving Day. Mr. Joe Bosley, son of Alfred Bosley, is improving after being confined to his bed with blood poison. Mis/s Virginia Dixon is on the sick list. Mr. J. W. Turnbaugh, who has been sick, is able to be out again. Mrs. Vincent T. Caples, who under- went an operation at a hospital in Baltimore, is slowly improving. Mrs. Dora Myers and Mrs. Annie Mc- Elroy spent Sunday with their mother, Mrs. Peter Kessler. Miss Bonnie Chick, of Hopewell, N. J., is visiting friends in Maryland. Mr. and Mrs. J.
