AssumptionFrom the clinical perspective: the technical format is not that important, thus: OpenEHR archetypes = HL7 v3 template = HL7 v3 R-MIM = clinical data definition = 13606 archetype = XML representation = detailed clinical model, if conceptual level is addressedIn other words: medically it should be equivalent.Of course from technical viewpoint – the level 2 modelling – it is not (completely) true, but an approach to work with.

Toekomst is nu?

Ontwikkelingen mbt DCM internationaal goed ontvangen, veel belangstelling.Zowel binnen ISO als HL7 een project. ISO, projectteam vanuit verschillende SDO’s.Veel belangstelling vanuit ICT industrie.Nictiz is bezig met plan ontwikkeling DCM.
Stand van zaken 11-6-2009
Ongeveer 30 DCM’en ontwikkeld voor e-diabetes. Toetsing bij zorgverleners komende periode.Top 10 DCM zijn voorgelegd aan HL7 internationaal.Voor archetype ontwikkeling 13 meetinstrumenten in DCM uitgewerkt.Zorgproces wordt op dit moment aan gewerkt.
Belangrijke eis DCM
