The MGH Institute of Health Professions in Boston is seeking
to fill a full-time (12-month) research faculty position. The
primary responsibilities include conducting high-quality
clinical research in areas related to occupational therapy, establishing
a program of extramurally-funded research, participation in an
innovative Interdisciplinary Rehabilitation Sciences PhD Program, and
supervising/mentoring student and faculty research.
These positions are funded by the MGH Institute and include very
competitive salaries as well as start-up funding to establish required
laboratory facilities and cover other costs associated with fostering
a successful research program.
Excellent opportunities for collaboration and joint appointments
are available at affiliated world-class hospitals including the
Massachusetts General Hospital and Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital
network. Current research faculty members also collaborate with
other leading institutions in the Boston Area, including MIT and
Harvard Medical School.
MGH Institute of Health Professions is a fully accredited graduate

Requirements for this position are a PhD degree as well as an
established record of external research grant funding and peer-
