Singed this client in 2010. They had done 1500 transplants in 13 years, had limited brand awareness. I submitted 30 times growth plan in 6 years. After doing SWOT, i designed direct mailers, collected database of prospects, collaborations pan India and worldwide. We couriered in India and emailed overseas. Formed academy to train fresh doctors, participated at fairs, organized road shows at malls, recruited and trained staff, registered trademarks, applied patent, made an AV presentation, wrote agreements, published 2 books on hair transplant, signed contract with Holland’s best organic hair cosmetic brand, imported instruments to help in diagnosis and treatment. I organized CEO’s talks at medical seminars in India and overseas. Soon we started getting inquiries from world over, Client’s web presence increased, advertisements in print media resulted in patients from pan India and overseas. The client received several awards of recognition from India and overseas. Now the client has gained popularity, opened more and bigger clinics, raised diagnosis fee by 200% and treatment fee by 100%. Number of patients grew by 250% in a month.
