Climb Real Estate's real estate market report for San Francisco is now available for Q1 2016. Home sales prices continue to rise; single-family homes were up 16.9% over last year to an median sales price of $1.3M. Condo and loft sales prices have slowed to a 1.9% increase with an median sales price of $1.1M. Inventory for both single-family homes and condos is finally back over a 1-month supply, with 1.7 and 2.0 months' supply respectively.TRANSCRIPT
