Climatix – the controller range for HVAC OEMapplications

The modular controller range has been designed for any type of heating,ventilation, or cooling application like chillers, air handling units, fan coils,rooftops, shelters. It is suitable for extreme operation conditions from –40 °C to 70 °C.

■ Open communication protocols for more energy effi ciency

High energy effi ciency can only be achieved with ideal interaction of all de-vices and systems. This is why all Climatix controllers support open communication protocols like BACnet™, LONWORKS®, and Modbus, which allow easy interoper-ability with other devices and seamless integration into building management systems like DESIGO™.

■ Advanced servicingThe Climatix controller range offers servicing connections for engineering, commissioning, and service either locally on the controller (USB) or remotely via modem or Ethernet port. The inbuilt Ethernet port or the advanced Web module allow customers to access the controller with any standard Internet browser, without additional software.

■ Complete controller range from stan-dard controllers to full modularityand free programmability

Climatix™ provides a unique range concept. The fl exible and scalable design allows to select the optimum solution tailored to customers’ needs for any type of application. Climatix ranges from stan-dard controllers for basic, cost-optimized HVAC applications, such as fan coil units, to very modular controllers for more de-manding applications with the need for maximum fl exibility in terms of extension and communication. System adaptations are easy and can be made without any need for redesigning the control panel – mechanically or electrically. Climatix enables customers to save time andcosts when it comes to factory processes for mounting, engineering, and com-missioning.

■ Climatix 200 simple & compact The Climatix 200 standard controller range is cost-optimized with dedicated hardware and software for simple HVAC applications. The pre-confi gured stan - d ard controllers are perfectly suited for traditional applications. The range is OEM process optimized for plug andplay applications and tailored design.

■ Climatix 400 compact & fl exible Where more fl exibility in hardware and application is required, Climatix 400 provides an adaptable range of compact controllers. The compact controllers with open applications allow OEM-made enhancements to fl exible functionalities. They are designed for native plug and play systems and embedded innovative technologies.

■ Climatix 600 fl exible & modularThe fl exible and modular Climatix 600 range allows time-saving programmabil-ity and troubleshooting over Internet. The range matches any type of applica-

tion with modular design and unique technology like accurate confi gurable I/Os. The high fl exibility is a key pointin many applications, where tailoring 100% to a customer’s needs is required. The versatile HVAC controllers offer multiple communication modules for seamless integration in building manage-ment systems.

■ Full range of user-friendly HMIsClimatix offers a full range of user-friendly and networkable HMIs: touch panels for graphical plant visualization, dot matrix for commissioning and servic-ing purposes as well as simple LCD HMIs and room units or for remotely needs with HMI@web. All HMIs can be tailored according to any customers’ needs.
