The facts are equally clear that the changes in human behavior needed to address this looming threat are lagging—Why? Why are humans so unwilling and unable to deal with this issue that gets more challenging every day? Are there better ways to present the facts to effect changes in attitude and behavior? We invite you to join a group of distinguished scholars — climate scientists, climate science communicators, economists, psychologists, and psychiatrists — who will explore this topic and propose a new way forward. Their ideas will be captured in a set of programs that will be tested and evaluated by the Aquarium of the Pacific over a 12-month period. The results will be made available to all at no cost. The facts are clear. Climate Messaging Forum Brochure 0816 V9.indd 1 8/30/16 4:50:59 PM
