Job Summary
Provides PC hardware and s oftware installation and supportservices and Internet access sup port services.
Minimum Job Requirements
Advanced knowledge of Windows 200 0/ XP/ Vis ta, Windows 2000/ 200 3/2008 Server, Microsoft Office XP/ 2003/ 2007, Microsoft Project, MicrosoftVisio, Lotus Notes, Symantec Antivirus an d other busi ness applications.BS degree in Com puter Science/ Information Systems /related major or at
least 4 years o f equivalent work experience.Extensive experience with s etup, repair and modification of Windows PCdesktops and laptops, printers and other peripherals.Troubleshooting skills with 4+ years experience in a Windows- basedenvironment(s) and/or 3+ years e xperience with Macs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Identifies root cause of problems, manages and resolves complex issuesin a constantly changing technical environment.Installs, configures, implements and maintains desktop client software,e.g. Microsoft applications (Outlook, Exchange, Internet Explorer, Office,Windows, etc.) and/or Mac applications (Entourage, Safari, Office, MacO/S, etc) meeting SLAs on incidents and service requests.Installs, relocates and s upports PCs, servers, printers and other computer-related equipment.Performs analytical respons ibilities b y performing Root Cause Analysiswithin problem management.Tests network connectivity and access to ensure security, integrity and

Certification in A+ and current MCSE preferred.Extensive experience with s etup, repair and modification of Windows PCdesktops and laptops, printers and other peripherals.Knowledge and experience of desktop and network managem ent,deployment and tracking tools such as SMS, Ghost, Citrix or comparableapplications.Sound knowledge of Helpdesk and Asset manag ement software, andgeneral Helpd esk/ Trouble Ticket and Project Managemen t process.Superior documentation skills are a must.Troubleshooting skills with 4+ years experience in a Windows- basedenvironment(s) and/or 3+ years e xperience with Macs.
